Our Orchard Build

Mariposa Farm is the site of the future Suárez Wines and gourmet Market. We are in the beginning stages of the build. Follow us and watch us grow.

Lisa is a television news producer turned winemaker. She honed her winemaking skills at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute at Niagara College, UC-Davis, and apprenticed under two german winemakers in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario. She has brought her label Suárez Wines to Boulder and Colorado grapes.

Jack is a VP of Engineering for a North American manufacturing company. In his little spare time, he oversees the planning of our winery and orchard build at Mariposa Farm. He spends most of his free time on his Kubota. His ability to bring people together is what keeps this project moving forward.
